Kverneland Ecomat, a revolutionary concept in tillage methods 

Kverneland Ecomat is a lightweight implement that tills the soil extremely effeciently via shallow ploughing (10-18cm)  and seedbed preparation in only one pass thanks to the Packomat. New short steel or plastic bodies with low wear.

Compared to conventional tillage, the farmer saves time and energy. The result: an equally good crop with less effort. In comparison with reduced tillage system, the farmer gains a more secure and stable cultivation method for better results. The problem of weeds, fungus and other diseases also decreases. The farmer becomes less dependent on the weather and can work if the soil is relatively moist. Seeds will germinate and grow better in a clean, fine soil layer.

自动复位系统

在多石地块儿作业,无与伦比!

格兰自动复位,不停机系统在多石地块儿作业,无与伦比。多片板簧系统可保证犁柱在犁地时遇到大石块儿或其他障碍物时升起越过障碍,作业顺畅高效, 避免冲击损坏。越过障碍之后自动恢复到原来作业深度。

安全系统

现代农业要求高的作业量,所以拖拉机和犁都期望比以前更快。这就要求安全系统特殊设计,保护犁、拖拉机和驾驶员。格兰自动复位系统可满足这种高标准的要求。

适合于各种土壤条件

对于不同类型的土壤,格兰犁可安装不同的板型弹簧。对于轻质多石土壤,普通5叶板簧是最好的选择。 如今,格兰犁均配置重负载的7叶板簧,如果土壤异常坚硬且多石,推荐使用双板簧组。

需要时可附加板簧

标准自复位系统包括7块儿格兰热处理板簧(640kp)

对于极端的重型土壤,可附加弹簧到1400kp

板簧只靠一个中心螺栓固定,易于安装。

单体提升

格兰机械式自复位系统能够实现单体独立提升,可保证作业质量。

最小的磨损,二手犁价值高

格兰自复位系统结构十分简单,可经受年复一年的作业考验。保养少,节省时间和成本。

再有,自复位系统保证使用寿命长,遇到障碍物,在犁尖,犁柱,机架上的阻力小,因此,二手犁的价值要比竞争对手高。

若使用液压自复位系统,阻力将增加。
